A ferrosilicon smelting DC submerged arc furnace is an equipment used for producing ferrosilicon alloys. The working principle of a ferrosilicon smelting DC submerged arc furnace is to put raw materials such as iron ore, limestone, and coal coke into the furnace, and through high-temperature combustion and reduction reactions, reduce the iron oxide in the iron ore to metallic iron, and react with silicon and carbon to form ferrosilicon alloy.
