  GRAD GRP winding pipe for water transportation Product Description   Two kinds of pipes: GRP filament winding pipes and GRP sand-filling pipes. Specifications of GRP filament winding pipes: 1. Diameter: 25mm~4,000mm. 2. Length: 6m/12m per pipe. 3. Pressure: Middle and low, 0.6MPa~2.5MPa. High pressure: 5.5MPa~24MPa. 4. The pipes meet the standard JC552, as for export, the standard ASTMD2996 is adopted. Specifications of GRP sand pipes: 1. Diameter: 300mm~4,000mm. 2. Length: 6m/12m per pipe. 3. Pressure class: 0.1MPa, o.6MPa , 1.0MPa , 1.6MPa  4. Stiffness: 2,500 Pa, 5,000Pa, 10,000Pa. 5. The pipes meet the standard JC/T838, CJ/T3079, as for export, the standard AWWAC950 is adopted. Characteristics: Both of our products get certification of ISO09001, ISO14001, ISO18001 and CRAA.  They also meet the "water standard for domestic living" (GB5749-85). No pollution, no leakage, high tensile strength,  cost saving, long-term use.  Application: 1. Sanitary sewage lines. 2. Industrial wastes lines. 3. Potable water lines. 4. Corrosive fluids lines. 5. Sea water lines.     Packaging & Shipping  Usually we use plywood package or naked package. Some of the products like fan coil unit or table tennis board have standard carton package. The shipping terms are LCL, 20’ container, 40’ container   Our Services Before-sale services:    (1) Tell customers how to use our products and matters needing attention.  (2) Guide customers to choose the best and economic product, recover the investment within short time.    (3) Site inspection if you need.    In-Sale services:    (1)Quality control must be inspected strictly.    (2)In accordance with the agreements stipulated in the contract.      After-sale services:    (1) If the project needs our installation guidance, we can send our engineer and translator. We can also send customers installation video to teach them how to fix and operate with  our product.   (2) Usually, our product warranty is 18 months after leaving factory or 12 months after installation. within this months, all parts broken will be responsible for our factory.
