Orbit warehouse drive through racking is usually used for dense storage, suitable for storage few varieties and large quantities of similar goods, it needs less passages, the forklift can go into the passage of each row of the rack, drive in rack can save 80% more space than pallet racking. Used in Industrial warehouse and cold store.
Features of Orbit warehouse drive through racking:
1. Goods are stored on supports guide rail with pallet one after another in direction of depth;
2. First in-last out or first in-first out order picking;
3. Pallet position configure from 2-7 deep and 2-7 high to roofing.
4. Level height can be adjustable by pitch of 75mm, accommodates variable pallet heights;
5. Loading capacity of 1000-3000kg in every pallet;
6. Ideal for cold, chill storage and bulk storage applications;
7. Save 80% more space than pallet racking;
8. First level pallets can be placed on the floor.
9. Color: Blue, Grey; Yellow; Orange;
10. Surface treatment: Electrical powder-coating or Galvanized.

2. Loading: 1000~3000kgs; Special loading is available;
3. Level adjustment pitch: 75mm;
4. Top and back bracing are used to fix the whole racking ,making the whole racking safe and stable;
5. Expansion bolts are used to connect the frame to the ground;
6. Protecting column or railing is recommended.
