Product Application

Our PET Bottle Recycling Machine and PP PE film recycling machines are widly used for PET/PE/PP, washing recycling and drying with highly automatic system.After being washed, dewatered recycled and dried, it will get clean flakes and the water content will be very low( <1%), which can be used to make granules directly or some other use.

Besides crushing, washing, drying, there are different units for different material, such as label remover for PET bottles, metal detector and iron absorber for removing metal, etc.

Bale Breaker

This unit is mainly for high capacity recycling line, added according to the customers

Trommel sorting

Low speed, for removing the rigid waste, such as stones, sand, etc, necessary for very dirty waste plastic

Metal detector

Detecting the metal waste, and remove manually, for protecting the blades of crusher

Drying Unit

Centrifugal dryer combined with hot air drying, which can control the moisture below 1%, also the horizontal type which is for PE film added with auto-flushing, which can avoid block in the barrel.
