Suitable Machinery: Flexo Press Gravure Press
Equipment requirements: printing machine should have good drying equipment, so that the surface temperature of the film blowing between 60℃ and 80℃, different factories will have different temperatures, drying temperature will affect the printing speed and surface adhesion effect.
Screen requirements: gravure dot depth of 5~30μm gravure printing. Vaglio printing 30~55μm, allowing fine tuning.
Printing speed: flexographic printing speed (between 30~80 m/s) gravure printing speed (between 80 and 150 m/s).
Suitable substrate: P C/PE (LDPE, HDPE) PP/PVC/PET and other plastic film printing; film thickness >2 C, need corona treatment more than 38 dyn applicable.
Diluent ratio:
1. water: add water according to printing conditions.
2. water: ethanol =90~30:10~70
3. water: isopropanol =60:40
Adhesion testing:
1.P E : ink is 4 C ,100% thick and does not fade.
2.OPP/PET :80%~100% does not fade.
3.P VC :100% don't lose color.
Storage method: storage temperature 5-35℃, sealing state shelf life 12 months.
Usage: stir evenly before use, keep plastic film waterborne plastic ink composition consistent. Prevent dust from falling and crust dry, if residual ink contains impurities, filter first and then use with new ink. Apply appropriate amount of ink to test viscosity before installation. It is recommended to print viscosity 8-12 seconds / apply cup. This can better ensure the adaptability of ink.
