silicon steel annealing line   1.Description for the silicon steel annealing line: The technology of Silicon Steel Annealing Line is that silicon steel is paid-off and delivered into annealing furnace continuously,so that the harden strip can be annealed and can obtain good interior organizational performance of the strip steel .There are two kinds of furnace ,horizontal furance and vertical furnace.It has high annealing efficiency, good performance of steel strip, and  high yield,etc.The line can  produce 100,000-300,000 tons.   Process Flow for the silicon steel annealing line: loading car → pay-off reel → entry thickness gauge →shear→welder →entry looper →washing section (alkali spray ,alkali washing ,electrolyzation washing ,watering, hot-water rinsing)→hot-air drying →annealing furnace→cooling device→wiping device→hot-air drying →coating machine→drying oven →fritting furnace →cooler→exit looper →exit shear→coiler→unloading car
