In order to solve the problems of traditional grinding rods that are not wear-resistant and easy to break, Shengye invited German heat treatment engineers to optimize the overall process of the production line in 2019.
The single-roller rotary feeding is replaced with a double-roller rotary feeding, which reduces the slight bending of the thinner round bar during the heating process, and the unstraightness is reduced from 0.3% to less than 0.15%;
Mix use the hi-frequency and med-frequency electric furnaces. By adjusting the parameters in the computer console, the advantages of the two furnaces are complemented. The internal and external heating is more uniform and the center temperature is higher, the heat treatment decarburization layer is about 5mm;
The quenching process adopts more advanced high-pressure mist spray, and the quenching liquid is changed from the traditional cooling water to a special cooling agent. After the quenching process is completed, the secondary tempering are performed,
which perfectly solves the problem of thin heat treatment layer, as well as the problems of grinding rod breakage. The wear resistance of the product has been greatly improved.
