Divide into A70,B line production, main technological process : put the steel scrap in the medium frequency furnace melting into qualified molten steel, through continuous casting machine cast continuous casting billet; temperature around 950ºC continuous casting square billet feeding into 500 cogging roughing mill through conveyor roll, convey into finishing mill rolling into deformed steel bar finished product through five pass, after hot deformed steel bar into walking beam cooler cooling, process length nibbling shear, collecting, packaging, storage; steel wire production use B line, rolled pieces from A line K2 into 250 rolling unit continuous rolling, then through cooling zone, laying head, scatter-cold, collecting and coiling, packaging and into storage.
