Characteristics of Laminated Panel Process:1. Select 5-7 year old eucalyptus logs with low stuttering and good toughness, and select full core veneers from rotary cutting;2. We use high-quality pine and eucalyptus full core first level core boards to assemble the blank board. The layers are clear, the surface is flat, and there are no voids in the sawn middle, with a density of 700kg/m3.3. The surface coating is made of phenolic resin adhesive with strong waterproof performance, and the core board is made of three ammonia adhesive (with a single layer of adhesive reaching 0.3KG). The adhesive layer by layer is fully bonded, improving the bonding strength by 5-10%.4. The hot pressing pressure is 120% of the theoretical pressure, and it is prohibited to reduce the pressure to preserve the thickness.5.
