The products have the following processing characteristics: in order to improve the capacity of the bearing, the bearing can be made into a full rolling structure, which can be divided into the structure with a ball notch and the structure with an outer ring with gap. It is also possible to design single-row or double-row bearings according to the number of columns of the rolling elements. In order to obtain a larger load, the bearing can be designed as a full ball roller structure. In order to increase the impact resistance of the bearing, the outer ring can be made into induction quenching, carburizing process, double hardness, so as to change the overall performance of the bearing, and bear greater load and impact. We can also do surface chemical treatment process products, such as black coating, phosphating, electroplating and other processes.
