“Weiye” brand recarburizer is made of high-quality low-sulfur petroleum coke and is produced by high-temperature graphitization process. It is used for carbonization of cast iron and cast iron in various electric furnaces.It has extremely high purity, excellent particle morphology and graphitized hexagonal crystal structure. According to the sulfur content, it is divided into four specifications.

Product characteristics:

1. Carbon-increasing effect is obvious, absorption rate is high and absorption speed is fast.

2. It has the effect of promoting the inoculation and nucleation of cast iron.

3. Improve the graphite morphology, increase the number of graphite, refine graphite, and improve the mechanical and processing properties of products.

Usage method:

1.Addition in furnace

  Carbon content should be adjusted when mixing materials.When melting steel (iron) water according to the requirement of carbon content, the metal charge is added to the lower part of the middle part of the electric furnace, and the carbon absorption rate can reach 90-99%.Do not slag when the recarburizer is not melted, otherwise it is easy to be wrapped. Inside the waste residue, affecting the absorption of carbon.

2.Late carbon increase

After the molten steel (iron) is melted, the carbon can be added to the surface of the steel (iron) water. The vortex stirring or manual stirring of the steel (iron) water during the melting of the electric furnace dissolves and absorbs the carbon, and the carbon absorption rate is 83-95%.
