The round link cast kiln chains are heat resistant and abrasion resistant, used with heat resistant steel shackles to form chain curtains. The chain curtains can aid the materials in the rotary kiln heat exchange and transfer. However, heat resistant cast chains are not only used in the cement, but also in paper, metallurgical, mining and chemical industry.
In the condition of equal wear, round rings cast chains have longer life time than oval rings.
