Anti-veining Additive

Our anti-veining additive is used in the cold core and hot core box to prevent defects such as veins and burrs in the inner cavity of the casting, and has the characteristics of low addition amount and good anti-vein effect.

Features:

1.This product is a red or green powder composite material. As a special additive for casting cold core and hot core, it reduces the tendency of the cold core to expand, and completely eliminates the vein and burr defects in the inner cavity of the casting.

2.The unrelated physical and chemical reactions of this product with other materials can effectively avoid the sintering or sticking of the inner cavity of the casting.

3.This product can prevent sand core breakage and deformation caused by excessive addition of anti-veining product materials.

Usage method:

In the sand mixing process of sand core making, it is added with the original sand and other raw and auxiliary materials. According to the volume of the sand core, the suitable addition amount of this product is 0.3-1.0%. The specific addition amount is determined according to the production process of each company’s casting.

Precautions:

This product should not be mixed with other anti-veining materials, and it must be mixed evenly with other raw and auxiliary materials. This product has a slight influence on the strength of the finished sand core. Under the necessary conditions, please adjust the amount
