Sulfur-increasing Agent(Ferro Sulphur)

Sulfur-increasing agent is FeS. It is made of high-quality high-purity pyrite ore as raw material and is purified by high-temperature calcination to remove impurities. It has the characteristics of less impurities, high sulfur content, even block size and stable quality. In the molten iron, the “Weiye” brand sulfur-increasing agent has a high absorption rate of over 80%, and the absorption speed is fast, which can meet the demand of casting enterprises with high requirements for the quality of molten iron and fast production.

Product characteristics:

1. Various sulfides (such as BaS, CaS, MnS, etc.) produced by S in sulfur-increasing agent are important materials for graphite nucleation in molten iron.

2. It can improve the morphology of graphite, make it distribute in fine flakes and refine eutectic clusters.

3. Shorten the length of graphite, blunt the end and bend the shape of graphite, weaken the cracking damage of graphite on the matrix, and improve the mechanical properties of cast iron.

Usage method:

In production, the sulphur-increasing agent is added to the lower part of the middle part of the furnace with the metal burden according to the demand of sulphur for smelting.
