Reinforced thermosetting resin tube RTR

Structure: Flexible Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe is composed of high temperature resistant polyethylene resin, 1-6 layers ofpolyester industrial filament winding and impact resistant polyethylene resin, rubber and plasticsponge insulation layer and external protective layer.
Application:  Composite High Pressure Delivery Pipe is used in oil and gas gathering and transportation, injection, produced water and sewage transportation systems in oil and gas fields

Flexible composite high-pressure transport pipe (referred to as flexible composite pipe) is a non-metallic pipe with a multilayer structure. The multi-layer structure, generally consists of an inner lining layer, a reinforcement layer and an outer protection layer. The flexible composite pipe has certain flexibility and can be coiled into several hundred meters to several kilometers for continuous laying.

Flexible composite pipe is also known as coiled reinforced plastic pipeline and reinforced composite plastic pipe (RTP) in foreign countries.

1. Good flexibility:
Flexible pipe with outer diameter less than 200 mm can be bent into a circle with radius of 2 meters or less to realize coil supply and facilitate storage and transportation.
2. Convenient and fast construction:
With the continuous laying method, the average laying speed can reach 500 meters per hour, the installation is simple, fast, safe and reliable, with less joints, no welding, short construction period and low comprehensive construction cost.
3. Good corrosion resistance:
Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) with strong corrosion resistance (especially resistant to H2S, CO2 and Cl -) is used as medium transport layer material, which has long service life in corrosive fluid and low system cost.
4. High bearing capacity:
By adjusting the material type, wire diameter and number of layers of reinforcement layer to bear different loads, the flexible pipe can be suitable for different working conditions, and its maximum working pressure can reach 32 Mpa.
5. High and low temperature
impact resistance: As the impact strength of UHMWPE is five times that of HDPE, it reaches the highest value at - 40 ℃, even at 90 ℃.
6. The conveying resistance is small:
When transporting oil and gas with flexible pipe, there is no scale and wax, and the transportation resistance is small, which can significantly improve the oil and gas flow rate and transportation capacity, and save resources.
7. Modular design:
According to the specific working environment requirements of flexible pipe, different layers provide different functions, such as tensile, compressive, thermal insulation, wear resistance, to ensure that the flexible pipe can meet the requirements of different working environment.
8. Green environmental protection:
Flexible pipe can be recycled for many times, which not only effectively improves the utilization rate of flexible pipe, but also significantly reduces the overall cost of flexible pipe, and is also conducive to environmental protection
