  1. Main features   The system adopts high-frequency switching power supply technology and high-precision, low drift control technology so that make constant potential devices have characteristics which are energy-saving and high efficient, high steady, high-precision. The system is equipped with anti-jamming equipment and anti-lightning equipment, thereby increasing the reliability of apparatus greatly. The apparatus is provided with the function of automatic switching. The apparatus will switch to the pre-set value to realize constant current protection when the apparatus can not work normally because of exoteric reasons. The system is provided with function of self-test that is convenient for distinguish the cause of faults. The system is equipped with two constant potential devices, and one is to be operating device and the other is standby device, and can realize the switch of two constant devices when there are faults. The system is equipped with interfaces for telecontrol and teletransmission and can support long-distance monitor and intellectualized management. Specifications

                  2. Technical performances   2.1 Environment Temperature: -15℃~+50℃; Relative humidity: 20%~90%RH; Air pressure: 60~120KPa. 2.2  Safety Requirements 2.2.1  Insulated Resistance: The insulated resistance among power negative terminal, output cathode terminal and encloser should not be less than 10MΩ. 2.2.2  Anti-eletricity Strength: among power negative terminal, output cathode terminal and encloser should be able to endure 1500V,50Hz(virtual value) test pressure which last 1 min, and should be no flashover or breakdown. 2.2.3  Isolation Pressure Between “Zero Potential” terminal and each interface for teletransmission should be able to endure 750V,50Hz(virtual value) test pressure which last 1 min, and should be no flashover or breakdown. 2.3  Output voltage and output current 2.3.1  Scope of output voltage: 1%~100% Rating. 2.3.2  Scope of output current: 1%~100% Rating. 2.4  Ripple Coefficient: Ripple coefficient is not more than 1% when apparatus is operating on   rated output state. 2.5  Characteristic 2.5.1  Scope of constant potential: Constant potential is regulated continuously in the scope (0mV~-3000mV). 2.5.2  Precision of constant potential: Error is less than 10mV. 2.6  Automatic switch of operation mode When the device doesn’t work in constant potential mode for 20s because of invalid reference electrode and other reasons, the apparatus will switch to constant current operation mode. 2.7  Characteristic of constant current 2.7.1  Scope of constant current: 1%~100%rating. 2.7.2  Precision of constant current: Error is less than 2%. 2.8  Switch The system is equipped with two constant potential devices, and one is to be operating device and the other is standby device, and can realize the switch of two constant devices when there are faults. When there are faults, the system will turn off faulted unit and turn on standby unit automatically. When there are faults in standby unit, the system will stop working automatically. 2.9  Input impedance: Input impedance: Input impedance of reference input terminal is more than 2MΩ. The current which is flowing through reference electrode is not more than 1μA. 2.10 Anti-alternating jamming The system will be normal when adding 30V interferential voltage to reference input terminal and protector. 2.11 Overcurrent protection The apparatus will stop output when output current reaches the value of 115%~125% of nominal value. After reducing load for 5s, apparatus will get right automatically. 2.12 Undervoltage Protection When the voltage of storage battery is less than 87.5% of nominal value, the apparatus will stop working automatically. When the voltage of storage battery is more than 93% of nominal value, the apparatus will start to work automatically. 2.13  Thermal protection: The temperature will exceed provided value when the apparatus is overload because of external reasons and the apparatus will stop working. 2.14  Anti-lightning protection There are circuits for anti-lightning protection in the input terminal and output terminal. 2.15  Meters The system is equipped with meters of which precision is 0.5% and can measure power voltage, output current, output voltage and protection potential, etc.
