Sulfur iron cored wire

Detailed introduction:  ferrous sulphide ore is used as the filling material of cored wires and resulfurization additive agent for steel-making and casting.  It is used for adding sulfur element in steel smelting to improve the cutting performance, inoculation effect, graphite shape and mechanical properties of gray pig iron.　

Core wire technology is an out of furnace refining method developed in the 1980s based on jet metallurgy technology. Core wire is suitable for steelmaking and casting. Used for steelmaking, it can purify the morphology of steel inclusions, improve the castability of molten steel, improve the performance of steel, significantly increase the yield of alloys, reduce alloy consumption, and lower steelmaking costs, resulting in significant economic benefits.
