Product Description:

The handheld fiber laser welding machine is a new generation of laser welding equipment. It is a non-contact welding and does not require pressure during the operation. Its working principle is to directly irradiate a high-energy intensity laser beam onto the surface of the material, and through the interaction between the laser and the material , causing the material to melt internally, then cool and crystallize to form a weld. The handheld fiber laser welding machine fills the gap of handheld welding in the laser equipment industry and subverts the working mode of the traditional laser welding machine. The handheld fiber laser welding machine replaces the previous fixed optical path. It is flexible and convenient, and the welding distance is long. It also makes the outdoor operation of laser welding easier. It is mainly aimed at laser welding of long-distance and large workpieces to overcome the limitations of the workbench travel space. The heat-affected area during welding is small, which will not cause work deformation, blackening, or traces on the back, and the welding depth is large.
