ISO 4Way Crosses Fittings

We fabricate these ISO Crosses for HV systems from 304L stainless steel tubing and ISO flanges. The ISO flange (also called Large ISO) is used for HV chamber ports and is available in two distinct styles; ISO-K which uses clamp fasteners and ISO-F which uses nut and bolt fasteners.

Our quality large diameter fittings are the standard vacuum components for all vacuum and high vacuum lines. The high quality Vacuum fittings are designed and tested for leak rates less than 1 x 10-9 mbar l/s.

ISO-K flanges:
ISO-K flanges are joined around the periphery with Double Claw Clamps. Instead of Double Claw Clamps we also offer rotatable bolt ring and retainer ring. This fixturing adapts a ISO-K flange into a rotatable ISO-F flange. Single claw clamps are used to join a ISO-K flange to a tapped nonrotatable flange from a pump or gate valve. 
ISO-F flanges:
ISO-F flanges are non-rotatable ISO flanges which are assembled with bolts. They do not allow rotation of bolt holes on mating flanges to align components. 
ISO dimensions:
ISO Flanges are available in bore sizes ranging from 63mm to 630mm.
