Product description
Sms Spunmelt Nonwoven Production Line is used for the production of polypropylene spunlaid, hot rolled reinforced nonwovens. Using polypropylene as the main raw material, supplemented by color masterbatch and additives such as anti-oxidation, anti-pilling, flame retardant, etc., to produce polypropylene spunbond hot-rolled non-woven fabrics of different colors, different properties and suitable for different purposes. This production line can produce both two-layer SS polypropylene products and three-layer S-M-S products.
SMS non-woven fabric (English: Spunbond + Meltblown + Spunbond Nonwovens) is a composite non-woven fabric, which is a composite product of spunbond and meltblown. It has the advantages of high strength, good filtration performance, no adhesive, and non-toxicity.
Sms Spunmelt Composite Non-Woven Fabric Machine Process:
Spinning 1: raw material (edge material recovery)→melt extrusion→filtration→metering→spinning→cooling→air drafting
Melt blowing: melt preparation → filtration → metering → melt extrusion from spinneret holes → melt trickle drafting and cooling → network formation
Spinning 2: raw material (edge material recovery)→melt extrusion→filtration→metering→spinning→cooling→air drafting→forming
Mesh → hot rolling → slitting and winding → slitting if necessary → finished product

SMS non-woven equipment Application field
Thin SMS non-woven fabric (10-25gsm), because of its waterproof and breathable properties, is especially suitable for the sanitary market, such as the anti-side leakage edge and backing of sanitary napkins, sanitary pads, baby diapers, adult incontinence diapers, etc.
Medium-thickness SMS non-woven fabric (25-50gsm), suitable for medical use, making surgical gowns, surgical wraps, surgical drapes, sterilization bandages, wound stickers, plaster stickers, etc. It is also suitable for industrial use. Production of work clothes, protective clothing, etc.
Thick SMS products (>55gsm) are widely used as high-efficiency filter materials for various gases and liquids, and are also excellent high-efficiency oil-absorbing materials. They are used in industrial wastewater degreasing, marine oil pollution cleaning and industrial rags.
